Remove Write Protection (for OS Windows)
1. Start > Run -> type CMD and press enter.
DISKPART>
2. Type:
diskpart
3. Type:
list volume
4. Type: (# is the number of the USB HDD you've plugged in)
select volume #
5. Type:
attributes disk clear read-only
6. Type:
clean
